Visiting Honolulu again brought back many fond memories, including those dating back to 1975, when Sandy and Bert Swyera met us here for an amazing 2 week vacation. Merrilynne and I walked along the iconic beaches today, revelling in the ambiance as we passed numerous new, modern buildings and crowds of relaxing people. Hawaii certainly casts a spell on a person!
Reality reared its head as the fuel barge pulled up to replenish fuel to satisfy our ship's 200 ton per day demand.
